Community-Based Employment

The Community-Based Employment Program provides employment specialists to support over 80 individuals who have a range of disabilities, in obtaining and maintaining community employment.  The employment specialists make contact with potential employers; assist the individuals in the interview, hiring and training process and then provide follow-up services as needed to assist individuals in maintaining successful work experiences.  Services may include evaluation, job placement, job coaching and on-the-job training.
