Welcome to Child Adult Resource Services
C.A.R.S., a not-for-profit agency, has been providing support services for children, families and adults in Western Indiana since 1969. Over the years, our service area has grown to include 21 counties and over 18 support programs. The 21 counties include: Benton, Boone, Carroll, Clay, Clinton, Fountain, Hendricks, Knox, Marion, Montgomery, Morgan, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Sullivan, Tippecanoe, Vermillion, Vigo, and Warren. In Illinois: Vermillion and Champaign with Custom Embroidery & Screen-printing to provide support to individuals with disabilities.
